Good as new

A new floor is like a new car. The first year you are proud of your car and you regularly clean it, but after a while the daily maintenance gets postponed causing the car to not look any more like when it was delivered. That's also how things go with floors.

maintaining or saving?

Maintenance of a floor is a critical point. After instalment we provide a maintenance advice and help the client make a good start. But still maintenance is often done less after some times, with all consequences. We often are called for example about carpets being dirty and unable to clean, or about scratches on a PVC floor, what to do? What can you do as user?

LEOXX’ floor maintence tips

  • Provide a good entrance area, most dirt comes from outside!
  • Buy a brush vacuum cleaner of a renowned brand like SEBO or Ecolab. It loosens the dirt from the carpet first and vacuums it afterwards. Price: approx. 300 euros, result: a cleaner floor with a vibrant look!
  • For 'fresh' coffee stains, use a carbon dioxide tube or sprinkle some sparkling water. Let it rest for a minute. Wipe it with a clean towel: bye stain!
  • Don't clean the PVC floor with soap, since this attracts dirt, but use water with a neutral cleaner. This cleaner feeds the PVC floor and will fill little surface-scratches. We happily advise you about a good cleaner.
  • Have a specialised cleaning company inspect and if needed clean the floor. The newest inspection methods are of such quality, the floor can be used again immediately after the cleaning. It doesn't need time to dry anymore. Costs are approx. 2 euros per m2. Definitely worth it!
  • Our account managers happily shares knowledge about maintenance and can visit you for specific and free advice. MOT guaranteed!
