How do millennials conquer the world?

On the Grote Marketing Congres (Big Marketing Congress) in Amsterdam, I visited a break-out session about millennials: people in between 21 and 35 years old, also called Generation Y. According to the speaker, there are four characteristics describing the millennial. These are also applicable to LEOXX. Get to know the millennial:
 

  1. Interactive
    Every millennial is interactive, familiar with the internet from a young age and always online. At LEOXX I notice we don't only deliver floors, but also think along actively with your interior concept to really be of added value. We stay in touch through WhatsApp and Facebook, also outside of work hours. You can always view our collection online and request samples.
     
  2. Me-centric
    Millennials are individualistic, ambitious and in general well educated. At LEOXX we like to acquiring new knowledge constantly. We like to excel: in sustainability and with our collection and service. We are quirky and appreciate your quirkiness too. That's why our motto is FEEL FREE, FEEL FREE to do it your way!
     
  3. We-conscious
    Millennials are very social with a broad network, very conscious of the world and their influence on the world. This also matches with LEOXX. We deliberately work on keeping our footprint as small as possible. And choose sustainable products being recycled, recyclable or CO2 neutrally produced for our collection. 
     
  4. Smart visual
    Last but not least: millennials like visual, images. The website of LEOXX just got an update and has bigger visuals, more images and less extensive texts. Our collection is very visually categorized on colour. Comfortable to look at, which probably both millennials and non-millennials would agree on.
