About Amtico Spacia
Amtico Spacia is a timeless collection of LVT floors in wooden and stone optics with a top layer thickness of 0.55 mm. These project floors suited for intensive use have a matte appearance, are wear resistant, suitable for floor heating, stain resistant, water-repellent as well as easy to install and maintain.

Hygiene at your feet
The Spacia collection has another big plus: the Quantum Guard Elite-urethane coating (not available on items with Heritage emboss) lessens the growth of bacteria and mold by 99% over 24 hours. This keeps the vinyl tiles and planks clean and fresh in between cleanings.

In addition to a healthy indoor climate, durability is an important pillar at Amtico. Spacia contains solely phthalate free and biological plasticizers. Furthermore produced with 30% of recycled content and 100% recyclable. I.e. the Indoor Air Comfort Gold-certification proves of the highest sustainability standard in the field of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles). Suitable for projects being built according to BREEAM or LEED. Comes with a 10-year warranty.
