    SUSTAINABLE AND ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY

    FLEXX is the greenest carpet tile collection of LEOXX on the way to a sustainable work and living environment and future. The collection is assembled from the yarn to the backing from sustainable and eco-friendly materials. Think of sustainable and recycled Econyl yarn and the use of Solution Dyed yarn, a water saving and eco-friendly painting technique. On top of that, the entire FLEXX collection is provided with an odorless backing exempt from bitumen, latex, and PVC. With impact sound insulation values up to 27 dB and sound adsorption values up to 0.30 αw, they form a solid base for interior concepts with a focus on acoustics and well-being. FLEXX is produced in a climate neutral way and according to GUT-standards. With it, the collection is suitable for commercial use in projects being built according to BREEAM and LEED.

    NATurAL STRUCTURES, COLORS AND PATTERNS

    The modular carpet tiles and planks from LEOXX are one by one inspired by patterns, textures, and colors from nature. From patterns with a weathered (concrete) look and random patterns with a natural shadow play to designs with a linear pattern or powerful color details in earthy tones. Structures vary from flat refined loop piles and coarser loops to a tip-sheared quality with a high-low effect. The color palette of FLEXX also is in line with nature and provides spaces with a calm and relaxed look. All this combined makes the collection and excellent fit for interiors designed according to the biophilic design principle and with attention for well-being.

    DISTINCTIVE FLOOR DESIGN

    FLEXX carpet tiles and planks are available in various dimensions and can be well combined into a distinctive flooring design. This can be done with just the FLEXX qualities combines, but also in combination with different soft, hybrid and hard flooring of LEOXX. The modular size for example can be used to create zoning. Whether you want to create walking lanes, accentuate certain parts of the area, or distinguish different functional areas from each other, FLEXX makes it possible. Due to the practical size of the tiles and planks they are easy to transport and install. A number of qualities can even be installed without direction, keeping cutting loss to a minimum. 

    COMPOSITION FLEXX COLLECTION

    The FLEXX collection consist of FLEXX no.1 and FLEXX no.2. FLEXX no.1 contains multiple tufted carpet tiles and planks equipped with a Unit Back, an innovative and sustainable backing that is odorless and exempt from latex, bitumen, and PVC. On top of that, they are made of Solution Dyed yarn, a water saving and eco-friendly painting technique making the carpet colorfast and UV-resistant. FLEXX no.2 contains tufted carpet tiles and planks in various dimensions and is provided with an acoustical backing made of 100% recycled felt for improved acoustics and a sustainable future. Furthermore, FLEXX no. 2 is made of sustainable Econyl yarn, a 100% recycled and recyclable fiber extracted from waste like old fishnets.
