    NTGRATE IS DESIGN AND QUALITY

    ntgrate® stands for premium woven vinyl that combines design, durability and acoustics. The wide variety of designs, shapes and colors can be effortlessly integrated into a unique interior design.  The woven vinyl floors are produced on state-of-the-art jacquard weaving machines. The result is a sustainable designer product of exceptionally high quality. Woven vinyl floors from ntgrate are extremely wear resistant, dimensionally stable, do not fray and have a high light fastness. In addition the hybrid floors are both water- and dirt-repellent making them easy to clean and maintain. Perfect for intensive use in the most demanding commercial environments. 

    NTGRATE IS A DELIGHT TO THE EARS

    When it comes to acoustics, ntgrate scores exceptionally high. The woven vinyl floors come standard with an integrated Greenfelt 19 dB acoustic underlay made from 93% recycled PET. This backing provides excellent noise reduction without compromising on environmental standards. The combination of the open woven top layer and the acoustic felt underlay creates a dual acoustic effect: downward (walking noise) and in the room itself (absorption). For the floors in ntgrate's Colours and Design collections, an optional integrated 22 dB acoustic backing is additionally available for even higher acoustic performance. This optional acoustic backing also consists of 93% recycled PET.

    NTGRATE IS GREEN

    Also in termes of sustainability, ntgrate meets high requirements. The woven vinyl floors are produced according to high sustainability standards. They are free of phthalates, made from 100% recyclable vinyl yarns and can be cleaned with eco-friendly cleaning products. Thanks to the high quality the floors have a long lifespan. Ntgrate floors are in the possession of numerous green certificates in the field of the environment and a healthy indoor climate. Therefore ntgrate is, amongst others, suitable for projects which are being built according to BREEAM, REACH or LEED and matches the Blue Angel standards. Thanks to the circular reuse program RE-ntgrate, all ntgrate floors can be completely reused and recycled for a second life.

    NTGRATE ECO CORE

    A groundbreaking and highly sustainable option within the ntgrate collection is Eco Core: woven vinyl flooring made of a whopping 97% decarbonized (recycled, mineral and biobased) materials. That means only 3% of these floors consist of virgin fossil resources. In this way, Eco Core makes a major contribution in reducing the carbon footprint and makes it the ideal choice for architects and developers striving for a future with minimal environmental impact. Eco Core is available for all items in the Core collection.
