On our website we show videos and other content you can promote and share through a button on social networks. For the functioning of these buttons social media companies, like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google cookies, so they can recognise you when you are logged in on that social network. We test our website continuously to be able to provide you with the best possible user experience. We want to know whether changes we make to the website are actual improvements. That’s why we often implement changes first with an A/B-test. For this we use Google Optimize. With this test visitors can see an adapted version of the website at the same time. This way we continuously optimise the website. Cookies are used to make sure you get to see the right version of a page and to measure the results.

To see how visitors use our website, we use the tool Hotjar. This tool registers mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling behaviour of visitors on our website. Hotjar collects information on visited pages as well as the browser and the type of device and operating system you use. This data is used to improve the website.

 

  1. Cookies to show LEOXX advertisements on other websites

We use online advertisements to draw attention to our services. We prefer to do this as targeted as possible, to keep expenses low and not show you unnecessary advertisements. For this we use Google Adwords, Google Dynamic Remarketing, Facebook Custom Audiences (we do not share our customer base with Facebook), Microsoft Bing Ads and DoubleClick (from Google). This way we can advertise targeted and keep expenses low.

These cookies make it possible to:

  • Monitor which advertisements you have seen already. This way we prevent you get to see the advertisement too often.
  • Monitor how many visitors click on our advertisements.
  • Monitor how many visitors take a service from us after clicking on an advertisements. This is needed to be able to analyse the effectivity of advertisements.
  • Monitor if you have taken certain services from us already in the past. This way you will not get to see unnecessary advertisements.

If you want for our website to not place cookies, you can choose so in the cookie announcement you get to see with your first visit to our website. This message will not be shown again if you have accepted our cookies before. In that case you need to delete our cookies first.
