Get to know... Jeremy

Published on 21 April 2021

He’s been working at LEOXX, of which Prints van Oranje is a label, for almost 15 years. He knows exactly what he is talking about and where to be to get everything done on time and according to expectation. You don’t have to wait long on a response from him, acting quickly and to the point is his trademark. About time to get to know Jeremy, our manager inside sales who never backs down from a challenge!

WhAT’s your work at PRINTS VAN ORANJE about?

A lot, I do all kinds of things. Once we receive a request I guide the client from a to z during the entire process. I’m the first point of contact, visit clients, make quotations and process the orders. I also keep in touch with our suppliers and take care of aftersales. The only thing I don’t do are the DTP and design activities. This is the work of our designer Sandra. With her I work closely to translate the wishes and ideas of our clients into a personal custom interior.

WhAT do you like most about your job?

What I like most is the diversity and variety, no day is the same. Also the contact with a big variety of customers makes it interesting. One time you sit around the table with an interior architect for the restyling of a big hotel, the other time you help a private individual to create a dream room for his or her child. This makes it a challenging job where I can make full use of my creativity.

What gives you energy?

It gives a lot of fulfillment to think along in the entire process. By yourself is faster, but together you can go further. Sometimes you have to face challenges the client didn’t see coming at first. If everything still works out well above expectations that gives a lot of energy. Fun to do are projects where a couple of things need to be taken into account. Those projects where the clients goes the extra mile and is not afraid to think outside of the box.

When is your workday successful?

My workday is successful if everything for that day is finished to liking. Satisfied customers are my fuel! And when I have had a busy day, sitting still is not for me.
