LEOXX presents sustainable gamechanger at ARCHITECT@WORK 2023

On 27 and 28 September 2023 ARCHITECT@WORK Amsterdam takes place in Taets at the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam. Just like last year, the unique total event is dedicated to ‘Healthy Materials’, and of course PURLINE 1500, the latest addition to our pursuit of a sustainable collection, cannot be missing there. At booth 122, we will show this groundbreaking collection of organic flooring from the German flooring brand wineo, offering (interior) architects and specifiers a true gamechanger in the field of sustainable construction.

At the WINEO by LEOXX visitors can get familiar with PURLINE 1500, a sustainable and designer worthy collection of organic non-PVC flooring made of bio-based materials. You will get to know everything about the sustainable composition of the flooring, of which the foundation consists for around 80% of a bio-based core. This core is being formed by the high-end – developed by wineo itself – composite material ecuran. The elements making part of ecuran, amongst which plant-based oils like rapeseed and castor oil and naturally occurring mineral composites like chalk, will be represented at the stand. Furthermore, you get inspired by the newest trend colors and designs from the PULRINE 1500 collection on roll, being launched earlier this year at BAU München.

PURLINE 1500: A HEALTHY CHOICE

Besides being a sustainable flooring solution, PRULINE is also a healthy choice. The floors suitable for commercial use are odorless and exempt of chlorine, solvents, and plasticizers. Both when being installed as being used, they do not emit harmful substances. Therefore, they contribute to a healthy indoor climate. Certificates like Cradle to Cradle Silver, Blue Angel, M1, REACH, A+, FloorScore, BREEAM, LEED and WELL underline this. Add to this the odorless and joint-friendly properties, excellent chemical resistance and the possibilities for a watertight installation and you have got a healthy and hygienic flooring solution. This makes them amongst others ideal to use for areas in environments like healthcare and education. On top of this, a large number of designs is available in an acoustic variety with an impact sound insulation of 17 dB.

ABOUT ARCHITECT@WORK

After nine successful held every two years in Rotterdam, ARCHITECT@WORK now will become an annual event. In the odd-numbered years the event will be in the metropolitan region of Amsterdam, in the even years it will remain in Rotterdam. This year ARCHITECT@WORK takes place in Taets Art and Event Park at the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam. With 160 exhibitors, an interesting lecture program, a materials exposition and a photo exposition, ARCHITECT@WORK can truly be called a total event.
