A characteristic business card, but also a peaceful work environment. This is the story of the interior of the Amsterdam based head quarters of Ford.

Meetings on the work floors

For the modernisation of the Ford head quarters, starting points like functionality, pride and robustness were deciding factors for the atmosphere and interior. The traditional office layout made place for a modern, open office, with a lot of space to receive people, like suppliers, dealers and press. A combination of a characteristic business card and a pleasant, peaceful work environment.

Carpet wiTh ’NOISE REDUCTION’

Not just in their cars, but also at their workspace Ford wants ‘noise reduction’. LEOXX advised the Sand 1 TT carpet tiles to turn the transparent interior with glass walls into a peaceful environment. An acoustically favourable and also very sustainable solution, because these modular carpet tiles are made with Econyl yarn, which is recycled plastic. Furthermore, the concrete look fits well with the winks to garages, cars and asphalt that have been made throughout the interior.
