Neutral foundation for a painting-like view

In the middle of the Weena in Rotterdam, high in the Millennium Tower, the office of Huisvestingsadvocaten is located. The wide view of this law firm is impressive. Such an imposing deco asks for a good-looking neutral interior, which was the starting point for the floor design.

Urban and cool

The authentic, cool and flat casted floor is a perfect foundation for the interior with pure materials like moss, wood, stone and glass. Furthermore, the concrete look of Smooth fits the urban surroundings and the view on the harbour city completely. The lightly coloured floor with subtle hints has a fresh look. This way, the rich natural light is used optimally. 

Work and water resistant

The floor stretches throughout the entire premise and fulfils the demands on every spot, whether it's about walking, working, having meetings or preparing food. The floor also functions optimal in the wet area thanks to the PU coating, standard for Smooth. The coating makes the floor resistant against water and strong chemicals. This makes the floor very easy to clean, also with water and cleaning supplies. This way, the floor stays a beautiful atmosphere-making foundation for a beautifully bright space.
