For the main office of LeasePlan Corporation on the Zuidas in Amsterdam, Studio Groen+Schild designed a light and dynamic office. An important starting point was interaction, both with guests as between employees. To facilitate interaction between the different floors, connections between the 15^e and 18^e floor have been created on central points. On the internal galleried landings, comfortably furnished meeting places were created. The workplaces are open with different kinds of work spots. Employees can choose the work spot most suited for their activity at that moment.

more contact, less impact sound

Open workplaces need additional attention to the acoustics, especially with lifted computer floors. LEOXX offered the ideal solution with loose lay floors from the FleXX-collection. Even the hard PVC tiles of this label are very sound reducing regarding the impact sound. They were combined seamlessly, without transition slips or level differences, with the carpet tiles Sand TT. In their elaborate collection LEOXX could find the exact needed colour tints, matching the light colour palette of the interior.
