BACK TO THE OVERVIEW

Meeting Center Hercules

Meeting Center Hercules is a stylish conference and meeting center at the Herculesplein in Utrecht. The meeting center is located at the ground floor in the entrance zone of the 30.000 m2 big office complex, directly located next to the Galgenwaard football stadium. All facilities in het meeting center are available for both tenants and external visitors.

MULTIFUNCTIONal spaces

The meeting center is created on behalf of property developer Whitewood, who had the entrance renovated with a complete makeover. The meeting location consists of six bigger meeting spaces, of which two can be combined into one space for the purpose of having presentations or small scale conferences. In addition there are four consulting rooms at disposal. All spaces are multifunctional and transformable into various set-ups. But Hercules is more than just a meeting center. A coffee bar with lunch facilities annex reception, with various seats and corners for discussion around it, creates the feeling of a true hotel lobby.

ART DECO with a contemporary TWIST

For the spatial design and signing architecture firm Normaalkracht was selected. They transformed the space into an inspiring conference and meeting location that suits the building and has everything you can expect from a modern meeting facility. The design can be described as art deco with a contemporary twist. A lot of attention has been paid to the lighting and color, making the space feel warm, luxurious and retro.

CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS on wallcovering and window foil

The naming of the conference halls is based on zodiac signs. This returns in a recognizable manner on the seamless and scratch-resistant vinyl wallcovering with custom made design. Furthermore, a stylish window foil has been applied on the glass walls, guaranteeing privacy on the one hand and on the other hand maintaining an open and transparent nature. The same geometrical design can be found on the wallcovering on the round wall at the coffee bar. Finally, in the central alcove in the hallway adorns the name Hercules, integrated into a background with again a custom made graphical design. This has also been executed on seamless vinyl wallcovering, with photrealistic print of a stucco-like texture in warm, luxurious shades. Altogether a stylish way to let walls speak.
